Anas (May Allah be pleased with him) said:

The Prophet (ﷺ) prohibited men from wearing saffron-dyed clothes. <b>[Al- Bukhari and Muslim]</b>.

عن أنس رضي الله عنه قال‏:‏ نهى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أن يتزعفر الرجل‏.‏ ‏(‏‏(‏متفق عليه‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏

<b>Guidance from the Hadiths:</b><br> 1) Men are prohibited from wearing saffron clothing, for it belongs to the disbelievers, whom we are forbidden from copying.<br> 2) It is obligatory to maintain the Muslim character within the members of this Ummah, which is distinct in all its affairs, including clothes.
