Riyad as-Salihin, 1784
Jabir (May Allah be pleased with him) said:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) prohibited from presenting a drawn sword to another." <b>[Abu Dawud and At- Tirmidhi]</b>.
وعن جابر رضي الله عنه قال:
نهى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أن يتعاطى السيف مسلولا
.((رواه أبو داود والترمذي وقال حديث حسن))

<b>Guidance from the Hadith:</b><br>
1) Prohibition of all means that cause harm and corruption among Muslims.<br>
2) Showing the excellence of the Shariah and its keenness to achieve people’s welfare and protect them from all types of harm.<br>
Indeed, the religion has come for the happiness of people and the removal of evil and harm from them.<br>
Hence, it prescribes all that is beneficial and forbids all that is harmful.
