'Umar (May Allah be pleased with him) said:
We have been forbidden to go into excess. <b>[Al-Bukhari]</b>.
وعن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما قال :
نهينا عن التكلف

<b>Guidance from the Hadith:</b><br>
1) It is forbidden to ask too many questions about things of no avail and to bear unnecessary burdens in religious or worldly matters.<br>
2) One should not preoccupy himself with useless speech or acts. That falls under dispraised affectation.
