Riyad as-Salihin, 1202
'Aishah (May Allah be pleased with her) reported:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The Miswak (tooth-stick) cleanses and purifies the mouth and pleases the Rubb." <b>[An-Nasa'i and Ibn Khuzaimah]</b>.
وعن عائشة رضي الله عنها ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم : قال:
السواك مطهرة للفم مرضاة للرب
((رواه النسائي، وابن خذيمة في صحيحه بأسانيد صحيحة)).

<b>Guidance from the Hadith:</b><br>
1) The Legislator wisely recommended the use of the tooth-stick, which cleans the mouth and is thus good for health.<br>
2) Regularly using the tooth-stick wins a person the pleasure of his Lord. How excellent the Shariah is! A small deed, and a big reward!
