Riyad as-Salihin, 1053
Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "He who goes to the mosque in the morning or in the evening, Allah prepares for him a place in Jannah whenever he goes to the mosque in the morning and returns from it in the evening." <b>[Al-Bukhari and Muslim]</b>.
عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال:
من غدا إلى المسجد أو راح، أعد الله له في الجنة نزلا كلما غدا أو راح
. ((متفق عليه)).

<b>Guidance from the Hadiths:</b><br>
1) Walking to the mosque is a means for expiating sins and raising ranks.<br>
2) They encourage us to regularly attend congregational prayers so that we can get a great reward for such a simple act.<br>
3) The complete reward promised in the Hadith is due to those who make ablution at home and then go to the mosque, which highlights the merit of making ablution at home.
