Riyad as-Salihin, 981
Abu Musa Al-Ashari (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
When the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), feared mischief from a people, he would supplicate: "Allahumma inna naj'aluka fi nuhurihim, wa na'udhu bika min shururihim (O Allah! We ask You to face them, and seek Your Protection against their evil." <b>[Abu Dawud and An- Nasa'i]</b>.
عن أبي موسي الأشعري رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله كان إذا خاف قوماً قال:
اللهم إنا نجعلك في نحورهم ، ونعوذ بك من شرورهم
((رواه أبو داود، والنسائي بإسناد صحيح)).

<b>Guidance from the Hadith:</b><br>
1) Turning to Allah Almighty when we are fearful is sufficient protection against those who are evil.<br>
2) These are two simple phrases from the Prophet’s profound and comprehensive speech. If a person says them sincerely, Allah will protect him from evil and save him from distress.
