Riyad as-Salihin, 659
'Abdullah bin 'Amr bin Al-'as (May Allah be pleased with them) reported:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "The just will be seated upon pulpits of light." Those who are fair with regards to their judgement and their family and those who are under them." <b>[Muslim]</b>.
وعن عبد الله بن عمرو بن العاص رضي الله عنهما قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:
إن المقسطين عند الله على منابر من نور: الذين يعدلون في حمكهم وأهليهم وما ولوا
((رواه مسلم )).

<b>Guidance from the Hadith:</b><br>
1) It points to the great reward promised to those who are just in their judgments and in dealing with their families, as well as in their private and public leadership roles.<br>
2) Recompense for a deed should be of the same nature of the deed. So, since justice is an illuminating light in the life of this world, Allah will reward the just people with pulpits of light on the Day of Judgment.
