Riyad as-Salihin, 469
Abu Hurairah (May allah be pleased with him) reported:
Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "The world is the believer's prison and the infidel's Jannah". <b>[Muslim]</b>.
وعنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم
الدنيا سجن المؤمن وجنة الكافر
((رواه مسلم)).

<b>Guidance from the Hadith:</b><br>
1) This world is so insignificant in the sight of Allah Almighty that it was likened to a prison for the believer.<br>
2) If a person finds nothing but pure bliss in this world and suffers no affliction, he should check his heart and deeds, for the Prophet (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) described the condition of a believer in this worldly life as that of a prisoner.
