Riyad as-Salihin, 116
Jabir (May Allah be pleased with him) said:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Every one will be raised in the condition in which he dies". <b>[Muslim]</b>.
الخامس: عن جابر رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:
يبعث كل عبد على ما مات عليه
. ((رواه مسلم)).

<b>Guidance from the Hadith:</b><br>
1) What counts is the final deeds. Therefore, the person should constantly do good deeds in order to be resurrected in the good state he died upon.<br>
2) It urges the individual to constantly do more acts of worship because death strikes suddenly.
