  • ٢٣٨٠ - (٤) سليمان بن عمرو بن الأحوص الجشمي، ويقال: الأزدي (¬٣) كذا ذكره المزي معتقدًا المغايرة بين الجشمي والأزدي، وليس كذلك؛ فإن جشمًا هو ابن الخزرج بن حارثة بن ثعلبة بن عمرو بن عامر بن حارثة بن امرئ القيس بن ثعلبة بن مازن بن الأزد. وأما ابن حبان فنسبه في كتاب "الثقات" بارقيًّا، وهو أيضًا من الأزد. ولما ذكره ابن خلفون في كتاب "الثقات" نسبه كلابيًّا. ولما ذكر الطوسي، والبوغي له حديث: "أَيُّ يَوْمٍ هَذَا؟ قَالُوا: يَوْمُ الْحَجِّ الأكْبَرِ". قال: هذا حديث حسن صحيح.

  • عمرو بن الأحوص الجشميّ شهد هو وزوجه أم سليمان مع النّبيّ ﷺ حجّة الوداع، ورويا حديثاً عنه؛ وشهد عمرو اليرموك. قال: سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول في حجّة الوداع: " أيّ يوم هذا؟ " ثلاث مرّات، قالوا: يوم الحجّ الأكبر؛ قال: " فإنّ دماءكم وأموالكم وأعراضكم عليكم حرام كحرمة يومكم هذا في شهركم هذا في بلدكم هذا، ألا لا يجني جان إلاّ على نفسه ولا يجني والد على ولده، ألا إن الشّيطان قد أيس أن يعبد في بلدكم هذا أبداً، ولكن ستكون طاعة له في بعض ما تحتقرون من أعمالكم يرضى بها، ألا إن كلّ دم من دماء الجاهليّة موضوع، وأوّل ما أضع منها دم الحارث بن عبد المطّلب كان مسترضعاً في بني ليث فقتلته هذيل ألا وكلّ رباً من ربا الجاهليّة موضوع، لكم رؤوس أموالكم لا تظلمون ولا تظلمون، ألا يا أمّتاه هل بلّغت؟ " قالوا: نعم. قال: " اللهم اشهد ". وقال: وقع الطّاعون ونحن باليرموك، فأتانا عمر بن الخطّاب، فدخل أصحاب الرّايات ولم يدخل من الطّاعون.
