لاَ قَطْعَ فِي ثَمَرٍ وَلاَ كَثَرٍ
.
English translation
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
“The hand is not to be cut off for (stealing) produce or the spadix of palm trees.”
