Hadith text · Matn
إِنَّ هَذِهِ السُّوقَ يُخَالِطُهَا اللَّغْوُ وَالْكَذِبُ فَشُوبُوهَا بِالصَّدَقَةِ
.
English translation
It was narrated that Qais bin Abi Gharazah said:
"The Prophet (ﷺ) came to us when we were in the marketplace and said: 'This marketplace is filled with idle talk and (false) oaths, so mix some charity with it.'"
