ثَلاَثٌ جِدُّهُنَّ جِدٌّ وَهَزْلُهُنَّ جِدٌّ النِّكَاحُ وَالطَّلاَقُ وَالرَّجْعَةُ
. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ . وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَغَيْرِهِمْ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ هُوَ ابْنُ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَرْدَكَ الْمَدَنِيُّ وَابْنُ مَاهَكَ هُوَ عِنْدِي يُوسُفُ بْنُ مَاهَكَ .
English translation
Abu Hurairah narrated that:
The Messenger of Allah said: "Three are serious when they are serious, and serious when they are in jest: Marriage, divorce, and return."
