أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَحُثُّ فِي خُطْبَتِهِ عَلَى الصَّدَقَةِ وَيَنْهَى عَنِ الْمُثْلَةِ .
English translation
It was narrated from Anas who said:
"The Messenger of Allah [ﷺ] used to stress charity in his sermons, and prohibit mutilation."
