‏ يَقْتُلُ الْعَقْرَبَ وَالْفُوَيْسِقَةَ وَالْحِدَأَةَ وَالْغُرَابَ وَالْكَلْبَ الْعَقُورَ ‏

‏ ‏.‏

English translation

It was narrated from Ibn Umar that:

the Prophet (ﷺ) was asked what the Muhrim may kill. He said: "He may kill scorpions the evil creature (mice), Kites, crows and vicious dogs."

‏ خَمْسٌ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ لاَ جُنَاحَ فِي قَتْلِهِنَّ عَلَى مَنْ قَتَلَهُنَّ فِي الْحَرَمِ وَالإِحْرَامِ الْفَأْرَةُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْغُرَابُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ ‏

‏ ‏.‏

English translation

It was narrated from Salim that his father said:

"The Prophet (ﷺ) said: 'There are five kinds of animals for which there is no sin on the one who kills them, whether he is in Ihram or not: Mice, kites, crows, scorpions and vicious dogs.'"
