The prohibition of swearing by something other than Allah
6باب النَّهْىِ عَنِ الْحَلِفِ بِغَيْرِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى
2.0Whoever swears by Al-Lat and Al-Uzza, let him say La Ilaha Illallah
3باب مَنْ حَلَفَ بِاللاَّتِ وَالْعُزَّى فَلْيَقُلْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ
3.0It is recommended for the one who swears an oath then sees that something else is better than it; To do that which is better and offer expiation for his oath
20باب نَدْبِ مَنْ حَلَفَ يَمِينًا فَرَأَى غَيْرَهَا خَيْرًا مِنْهَا أَنْ يَأْتِيَ الَّذِي هُوَ خَيْرٌ وَيُكَفِّرَ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ
4.0An oath is judged on the intention of the one who asks for it to be sworn.
2باب يَمِينِ الْحَالِفِ عَلَى نِيَّةِ الْمُسْتَحْلِفِ
5.0Saying: "If Allah wills" when swearing oaths and at other times
6باب الاِسْتِثْنَاءِ
6.0The prohibition of persisting in an oath that will harm the family of the one who swears it, so long as not persisting in it does not involve anything unlawful
1باب النَّهْىِ عَنِ الإِصْرَارِ، عَلَى الْيَمِينِ فِيمَا يَتَأَذَّى بِهِ أَهْلُ الْحَالِفِ مِمَّا لَيْسَ بِحَرَامٍ

6باب نَذْرِ الْكَافِرِ وَمَا يَفْعَلُ فِيهِ إِذَا أَسْلَمَ

13باب صُحْبَةِ الْمَمَالِيكِ وَكَفَّارَةِ مَنْ لَطَمَ عَبْدَهُ

2باب التَّغْلِيظِ عَلَى مَنْ قَذَفَ مَمْلُوكَهُ بِالزِّنَا
10.0Feeding a slave what one eats and clothing him as one clothes oneself, and not burdening him with more than he bear
5باب إِطْعَامِ الْمَمْلُوكِ مِمَّا يَأْكُلُ وَإِلْبَاسِهِ مَمَّا يَلْبَسُ وَلاَ يُكَلِّفُهُ مَا يَغْلِبُهُ
11.0The reward of a slave who is sincere towards his master and worships Allah properly
7باب ثَوَابِ الْعَبْدِ وَأَجْرِهِ إِذَا نَصَحَ لِسَيِّدِهِ وَأَحْسَنَ عِبَادَةَ اللَّهِ
12.0One who frees his share in a slave
13باب مَنْ أَعْتَقَ شِرْكًا لَهُ فِي عَبْدٍ
