0بَابُ مَا يُحْذَرُ مِنَ الْحُدُودِ
2.0Illegal sexual intercourse and the drinking of alcoholic drinks
2باب لاَ يُشْرَبُ الْخَمْرُ
3.0Whoever ordered that the legal punishment was to be carried out at home
1باب مَنْ أَمَرَ بِضَرْبِ الْحَدِّ فِي الْبَيْتِ
4.0Beating with stalks of date-palm leaves and shoes.

5.0Cursing is disliked against the drunkard and he is not regarded as a non-Muslim

9.0A believer is safe except if he transgresses Allah’s legal limits or takes others’ rights
1باب ظَهْرُ الْمُؤْمِنِ حِمًى، إِلاَّ فِي حَدٍّ أَوْ حَقٍّ
10.0To carry out the legal punishment; and to take revenge on those who transgress Allah’s limits and boundaries
1باب إِقَامَةِ الْحُدُودِ وَالاِنْتِقَامِ لِحُرُمَاتِ اللَّهِ
11.0To inflict the legal punishment on the noble and the weak people
1باب إِقَامَةِ الْحُدُودِ عَلَى الشَّرِيفِ وَالْوَضِيعِ
12.0Intercession is not recommended in the matter of legal punishment
1باب كَرَاهِيَةِ الشَّفَاعَةِ فِي الْحَدِّ، إِذَا رُفِعَ إِلَى السُّلْطَانِ
13.0“Cut off the hand of the thief, male or female…”
11بَابُ قَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى: {وَالسَّارِقُ وَالسَّارِقَةُ فَاقْطَعُوا أَيْدِيَهُمَا}

15.0The chapter of those who wage war from the people who are disbelievers and those turned renegades
1بَابُ المحاربين من أهل الكفر والردة
16.0The Prophet (ﷺ) did not cauterize those who fought and of those who were renegades
1باب لَمْ يَحْسِمِ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم الْمُحَارِبِينَ مِنْ أَهْلِ الرِّدَّةِ حَتَّى هَلَكُوا.
17.0No water was given to those turned renegades and fought, till they died
1باب لَمْ يُسْقَ الْمُرْتَدُّونَ الْمُحَارِبُونَ حَتَّى مَاتُوا
18.0The Prophet (ﷺ) branded the eyes of those who fought
1باب سَمْرِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَعْيُنَ الْمُحَارِبِينَ
19.0The superiority of the person who leaves Al-Fawahish

2بَابُ مَنْ أَصَابَ ذَنْبًا دُونَ الْحَدِّ فَأَخْبَرَ الإِمَامَ فَلاَ عُقُوبَةَ عَلَيْهِ بَعْدَ التَّوْبَةِ إِذَا جَاءَ مُسْتَفْتِيًا
27.0If a person confesses but does not specify the sin can the ruler screen it for him?
1باب إِذَا أَقَرَّ بِالْحَدِّ وَلَمْ يُبَيِّنْ، هَلْ لِلإِمَامِ أَنْ يَسْتُرَ عَلَيْهِ
28.0‘Can’t be that you have only touched the lady or winked at her?”
1باب هَلْ يَقُولُ الإِمَامُ لِلْمُقِرِّ لَعَلَّكَ لَمَسْتَ أَوْ غَمَزْتَ
29.0The question of the ruler to the confessing person, “Are you married?”
1باب سُؤَالِ الإِمَامِ الْمُقِرَّ هَلْ أَحْصَنْتَ
30.0To confess the guilt of illegal sexual intercourse
2باب الاِعْتِرَافِ بِالزِّنَا
31.0The Rajm of a married lady pregnant through illegal sexual intercourse
1باب رَجْمِ الْحُبْلَى مِنَ الزِّنَا إِذَا أَحْصَنَتْ
32.0Unmarried should be flogged and exiled
2باب الْبِكْرَانِ يُجْلَدَانِ وَيُنْفَيَانِ
33.0Exiling the sinners and effeminate men
1باب نَفْىِ أَهْلِ الْمَعَاصِي وَالْمُخَنَّثِينَ
34.0To carry out the legal punishment in the absence of the ruler
1باب مَنْ أَمَرَ غَيْرَ الإِمَامِ بِإِقَامَةِ الْحَدِّ غَائِبًا عَنْهُ
35.0‘And whoever of you have not the means wherewith to wed free believing women..”
1بَابُ قَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى: {وَمَنْ لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ مِنْكُمْ طَوْلاً أَنْ يَنْكِحَ الْمُحْصَنَاتِ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ فَمِمَّا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ مِنْ فَتَيَاتِكُمُ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ وَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِإِيمَانِكُمْ بَعْضُكُمْ مِنْ بَعْضٍ فَانْكِحُوهُنَّ بِإِذْنِ أَهْلِهِنَّ وَآتُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ مُحْصَنَاتٍ غَيْرَ مُسَافِحَاتٍ وَلاَ مُتَّخِذَاتِ أَخْدَانٍ فَإِذَا أُحْصِنَّ فَإِنْ أَتَيْنَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ فَعَلَيْهِنَّ نِصْفُ مَا عَلَى الْمُحْصَنَاتِ مِنَ الْعَذَابِ ذَلِكَ لِمَنْ خَشِيَ الْعَنَتَ مِنْكُمْ وَأَنْ تَصْبِرُوا خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ وَاللَّهُ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ}
36.0If a lady-slave commits illegal sexual intercourse then she should neither be admonished nor exiled
1باب لاَ يُثَرَّبُ عَلَى الأَمَةِ إِذَا زَنَتْ وَلاَ تُنْفَى
37.0The legal regulation for non-Muslims under the protection of a Muslim state
2باب أَحْكَامِ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ وَإِحْصَانِهِمْ إِذَا زَنَوْا وَرُفِعُوا إِلَى الإِمَامِ
38.0If someone accuses his wife or another person’s wife of committing illegal sexual intercourse
1بَابُ إِذَا رَمَى امْرَأَتَهُ أَوِ امْرَأَةَ غَيْرِهِ بِالزِّنَا عِنْدَ الْحَاكِمِ وَالنَّاسِ، هَلْ عَلَى الْحَاكِمِ أَنْ يَبْعَثَ إِلَيْهَا فَيَسْأَلَهَا عَمَّا رُمِيَتْ بِهِ
39.0Whoever teaches manners to his family or others
2بَابُ مَنْ أَدَّبَ أَهْلَهُ أَوْ غَيْرَهُ دُونَ السُّلْطَانِ
40.0Whoever saw his wife with another man and killed him
1باب مَنْ رَأَى مَعَ امْرَأَتِهِ رَجُلاً فَقَتَلَهُ
41.0At-Ta’rid
1باب مَا جَاءَ فِي التَّعْرِيضِ
42.0What punishment may be inflicted on the person so that they may not commit the same sin again, or so that they may learn good manners
