"O Prophet! When you divorce women, divorce them at their 'Idda and count their 'Idda."
1بَابُ قَوْلُ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى: {يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ إِذَا طَلَّقْتُمُ النِّسَاءَ فَطَلِّقُوهُنَّ لِعِدَّتِهِنَّ وَأَحْصُوا الْعِدَّةَ}
2.0Divorce during the menses is counted as one legal divorce.
2باب إِذَا طُلِّقَتِ الْحَائِضُ يُعْتَدُّ بِذَلِكَ الطَّلاَقِ
3.0Should a man tell his wife face to face that she is divorced
5باب مَنْ طَلَّقَ وَهَلْ يُوَاجِهُ الرَّجُلُ امْرَأَتَهُ بِالطَّلاَقِ
4.0To divorce one's wife thrice (at a time)
3باب مَنْ أَجَازَ طَلاَقَ الثَّلاَثِ
5.0Giving option to the wives.
2باب مَنْ خَيَّرَ نِسَاءَهُ
6.0If a man says (to his wife): "I have parted with you," or "I have released you"
0بَابُ إِذَا قَالَ فَارَقْتُكِ أَوْ سَرَّحْتُكِ
7.0Whoever said to his wife: "You are Haram for me."
2باب مَنْ قَالَ لاِمْرَأَتِهِ أَنْتِ عَلَىَّ حَرَامٌ
8.0"O Prophet! Why do you forbid that which Allah has allowed to you...?
3باب {لِمَ تُحَرِّمُ مَا أَحَلَّ اللَّهُ لَكَ}
9.0There is no divorce before marriage
0بَابُ لاَ طَلاَقَ قَبْلَ النِّكَاحِ
10.0If, under compulsion somebody says about his wife, "She is my sister."
0بَابُ إِذَا قَالَ لاِمْرَأَتِهِ وَهْوَ مُكْرَهٌ هَذِهِ أُخْتِي. فَلاَ شَيْءَ عَلَيْهِ
11.0A divorce given in a state of anger, under compulsion or under the effect of intoxicants or insanity

1بَابُ قَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى: {وَلاَ تَنْكِحُوا الْمُشْرِكَاتِ حَتَّى يُؤْمِنَّ وَلأَمَةٌ مُؤْمِنَةٌ خَيْرٌ مِنْ مُشْرِكَةٍ وَلَوْ أَعْجَبَتْكُمْ}
19.0Marrying Al-Mushrikat who had embraced Islam; and their 'Idda.
2باب نِكَاحِ مَنْ أَسْلَمَ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكَاتِ وَعِدَّتِهِنَّ
20.0If an idolatress or a Christian woman becomes a Muslim while she is the wife of Dhimmi or a Mushrik at war with the Muslims?
1باب إِذَا أَسْلَمَتِ الْمُشْرِكَةُ أَوِ النَّصْرَانِيَّةُ تَحْتَ الذِّمِّيِّ أَوِ الْحَرْبِيِّ.
21.0"Those who take an oath, not to have sexual relations with their wives, must wait four months."
3بَابُ قَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى: {لِلَّذِينَ يُؤْلُونَ مِنْ نِسَائِهِمْ تَرَبُّصُ أَرْبَعَةِ أَشْهُرٍ} إِلَى قَوْلِهِ: {سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ} {فَإِنْ فَاءُوا} رَجَعُوا

1باب قَوْلِ الإِمَامِ لِلْمُتَلاَعِنَيْنِ إِنَّ أَحَدَكُمَا كَاذِبٌ فَهَلْ مِنْكُمَا تَائِبٌ
34.0The separation between those who are involved in a case of Li'an.
2باب التَّفْرِيقِ بَيْنَ الْمُتَلاَعِنَيْنِ
35.0The child is to be given to the lady (accused by her husband).
1باب يَلْحَقُ الْوَلَدُ بِالْمُلاَعِنَةِ
36.0"O Allah! Reveal the truth."
1باب قَوْلِ الإِمَامِ اللَّهُمَّ بَيِّنْ
37.0Marriage of a divorced woman to another man but he does not consummate his marriage with her
1باب إِذَا طَلَّقَهَا ثَلاَثًا ثُمَّ تَزَوَّجَتْ بَعْدَ الْعِدَّةِ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ فَلَمْ يَمَسَّهَا
38.0"And those of your women as have passed the age of monthly courses..."
0بَابُ: {وَاللاَّئِي يَئِسْنَ مِنَ الْمَحِيضِ مِنْ نِسَائِكُمْ إِنِ ارْتَبْتُمْ}
39.0"For those who are pregnant, their 'Idda is until they laydown their burdens."
3بَابُ: {وَأُولاَتُ الأَحْمَالِ أَجَلُهُنَّ أَنْ يَضَعْنَ حَمْلَهُنَّ}
40.0"And divorced women shall wait for three menstrual periods."
0بَابُ قَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى: {وَالْمُطَلَّقَاتُ يَتَرَبَّصْنَ بِأَنْفُسِهِنَّ ثَلاَثَةَ قُرُوءٍ}

3باب قِصَّةِ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ
42.0If a divorced lady is afraid that she may be attacked in her husband's house.
1باب الْمُطَلَّقَةِ إِذَا خُشِيَ عَلَيْهَا فِي مَسْكَنِ زَوْجِهَا أَنْ يُقْتَحَمَ عَلَيْهَا، أَوْ تَبْذُوَ عَلَى أَهْلِهَا بِفَاحِشَةٍ
43.0"And it is not lawful for them to conceal what Allah has created in their wombs."
1بَابُ قَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى: {وَلاَ يَحِلُّ لَهُنَّ أَنْ يَكْتُمْنَ مَا خَلَقَ اللَّهُ فِي أَرْحَامِهِنَّ} مِنَ الْحَيْضِ وَالْحَبَلِ
44.0"And their husbands have the better right to take them back..."
3بَابُ: {وَبُعُولَتُهُنَّ أَحَقُّ بِرَدِّهِنَّ}
45.0To take back one's wife while in her menses.
1باب مُرَاجَعَةِ الْحَائِضِ
46.0A widow should mourn for four months and ten days.
4باب تُحِدُّ الْمُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا أَرْبَعَةَ أَشْهُرٍ وَعَشْرًا
47.0Can a mourning lady use kohl?
3باب الْكُحْلِ لِلْحَادَّةِ
48.0Qust (incense) may be used by a mourning after being cleaned from her menses.
1باب الْقُسْطِ لِلْحَادَّةِ عِنْدَ الطُّهْرِ
49.0A mourning lady can wear clothes of 'Asb.
2باب تَلْبَسُ الْحَادَّةُ ثِيَابَ الْعَصْبِ
50.0"And those of you who die and leave behind wives..."
2بَابُ: {وَالَّذِينَ يُتَوَفَّوْنَ مِنْكُمْ وَيَذَرُونَ أَزْوَاجًا} إِلَى قَوْلِهِ: {بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرٌ}
