Retaliation (on the Day of Judgement)
1باب قِصَاصِ الْمَظَالِمِ
2.0The Statement of Allah Taa'la: "... No doubt! The curse of Allah is on the Zalimun."
1بَابُ قَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى: {أَلاَ لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ عَلَى الظَّالِمِينَ}
3.0A Muslim should not oppress another Muslim
1باب لاَ يَظْلِمُ الْمُسْلِمُ الْمُسْلِمَ وَلاَ يُسْلِمُهُ
4.0Help your brother
2باب أَعِنْ أَخَاكَ ظَالِمًا أَوْ مَظْلُومًا

1باب الاِتِّقَاءِ وَالْحَذَرِ مِنْ دَعْوَةِ الْمَظْلُومِ
10.0If the oppressed on forgives the oppressor
1باب مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ مَظْلَمَةٌ عِنْدَ الرَّجُلِ فَحَلَّلَهَا لَهُ، هَلْ يُبَيِّنُ مَظْلَمَتَهُ
11.0If the oppressed person forgives the oppressor, he has no right to back out
1باب إِذَا حَلَّلَهُ مِنْ ظُلْمِهِ فَلاَ رُجُوعَ فِيهِ
12.0If a person allows another to have his right
1باب إِذَا أَذِنَ لَهُ أَوْ أَحَلَّهُ وَلَمْ يُبَيِّنْ كَمْ هُوَ

3باب إِثْمِ مَنْ ظَلَمَ شَيْئًا مِنَ الأَرْضِ

2باب إِذَا أَذِنَ إِنْسَانٌ لآخَرَ شَيْئًا جَازَ

1باب إِثْمِ مَنْ خَاصَمَ فِي بَاطِلٍ وَهْوَ يَعْلَمُهُ

26.0Whoever tied his camel at the gate of the mosque
1باب مَنْ عَقَلَ بَعِيرَهُ عَلَى الْبَلاَطِ أَوْ باب الْمَسْجِدِ
27.0Standing and urinating at the dumps
1باب الْوُقُوفِ وَالْبَوْلِ عِنْدَ سُبَاطَةِ قَوْمٍ
28.0Removing a thing from the way which harms the people
1باب مَنْ أَخَذَ الْغُصْنَ وَمَا يُؤْذِي النَّاسَ فِي الطَّرِيقِ فَرَمَى بِهِ
29.0When there is a dispute about a public way
1بَابُ إِذَا اخْتَلَفُوا فِي الطَّرِيقِ الْمِيتَاءِ- وَهْيَ الرَّحْبَةُ تَكُونُ بَيْنَ الطَّرِيقِ- ثُمَّ يُرِيدُ أَهْلُهَا الْبُنْيَانَ، فَتُرِكَ مِنْهَا الطَّرِيقُ سَبْعَةَ أَذْرُعٍ

2باب النُّهْبَى بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ صَاحِبِهِ

1باب كَسْرِ الصَّلِيبِ وَقَتْلِ الْخِنْزِيرِ

3بَابُ هَلْ تُكْسَرُ الدِّنَانُ الَّتِي فِيهَا الْخَمْرُ أَوْ تُخَرَّقُ الزِّقَاقُ

1باب إِذَا كَسَرَ قَصْعَةً أَوْ شَيْئًا لِغَيْرِهِ
35.0If one pulls down a wall, should build a similar one in its place
