Pilgrims Prevented from Completing the Pilgrimage

وَقَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: {فَإِنْ أُحْصِرْتُمْ فَمَا اسْتَيْسَرَ مِنَ الْهَدْيِ وَلاَ تَحْلِقُوا رُءُوسَكُمْ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ الْهَدْيُ مَحِلَّهُ} وَقَالَ عَطَاءٌ الإِحْصَارُ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ يَحْبِسُهُ.

1باب مَنْ قَالَ لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُحْصَرِ بَدَلٌ
5.0The Statement of Allah Ta'ala : "... And whosoever of you is ill or has an ailment in his scalp, (necessitating shaving), he must pay a Fidya ..."
1بَابُ قَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى: {فَمَنْ كَانَ مِنْكُمْ مَرِيضًا أَوْ بِهِ أَذًى مِنْ رَأْسِهِ فَفِدْيَةٌ مِنْ صِيَامٍ أَوْ صَدَقَةٍ أَوْ نُسُكٍ} وَهُوَ مُخَيَّرٌ، فَأَمَّا الصَّوْمُ فَثَلاَثَةُ أَيَّامٍ

1بَابُ قَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى: {أَوْ صَدَقَةٍ} وَهْيَ إِطْعَامُ سِتَّةِ مَسَاكِينَ
7.0The Fidya for a missed or wrongly practised religious ceremony
1باب الإِطْعَامُ فِي الْفِدْيَةِ نِصْفُ صَاعٍ
8.0The Nusuk (offering) is one sheep
